Maria Raphael Onyia (Ph.D) is an award-winning teacher trainer, and the Group Managing Director of OrgLearning Consult (owner and administrator of Berkley Science Magnet School, Lagos, Juilliard Academy, Lagos, Drew-Phillips Academy, Enugu, Nigeria). She holds a California Teaching Credential in General Education, a Specialist Credential in Special Education, a Master’s Degree in Education from National University, Costa Mesa and a Specialized Reading Credential from the State of California. She holds a Doctor of Education Degree in Educational Administration and Teacher Leadership from Walden University, and is a Walden Scholar of Positive Social Change.

She is a founding member of the California Association of Nigerian Educators and the Vice-President of TOL Consult USA. She is a member of the Association of School Administrators, and consults for schools in Nigeria. Maria Onyia is also the Founder of the OrgLearning Foundation. She is the convener of LiftHer and Alpha Girls Conferences.

With extensive experience in Oil and Gas Operations, Project Management, Information Technology Management, Organizational Effectiveness and Change Management, Mergers and Acquisitions, New Business Development, Board Level Management, Formulation and Deployment of Government Policy etc., Frank’s interests lie in helping to bring meaningful change to bear in the Oil and Gas and Energy sectors in Nigeria.

She has been in the research industry for over 17 years and has a track record developing and implementing strategies that support business objectives. She joined Women’s World Banking from Marketing Support Consultancy Limited, where she was a Research Specialist. Prior to that she worked as a Project Lead in Busara Center for Behavioral Economics, a Senior Project Manager in Nielsen and has financial sector experience as she worked in Stanbic IBTC Bank. She is equally the Funder and Managing Director of Broadsperk Consulting Nigeria.

Jennifer holds an MSc in Social Work, a BSC in Sociology and a Diploma in Public Administration.

His years of cognate experience as the Director of Studies in the teaching profession has imbued him with first-class knowledge of curriculum design.

Armed with the instrumentality of both curricular and extracurricular activities, he provides waterproof solutions to timetabling drafting with a robust blend of the Nigerian and international skills. Transiting from the Principal to the Director of Programs has blessed him with a panoramic knowledge of the educational sphere, with a view to transforming any citadel of knowledge to a cynosure of all eyes.
